House dishes

A good traditional homemade feast begins in the garden, fields, barn, vineyard, orchard, herb garden and wine cellar. Here, the journey from farm to table is short – often, it is our own.

In the kitchen, the hostess’s knowledge and experience come together with our rich family culinary tradition, while the table is filled with homemade dishes, carefully selected wines, juices and other beverages from our own offering.

What makes our cuisine special is the local origin of our ingredients. We grow much of the plant-based produce ourselves, while animal-based products are sourced from neighbouring farms. This allows us to provide fresh, high-quality ingredients while also supporting the local community.

Our homemade offering is part of the Tastes of Posavje (Okusi Posavja) project, bringing together the authentic stories, flavours and traditions of our region.
